It’s not so crazy. He’s 79 and obese. It’s normal to have multiple health issues at that age. It’s also rather normal to die around the age of 80.

I think Trump’s as much a disgusting sack of turds as the next person but him being lost in Japan during that ceremony was likely more symptomatic of his need to walk in front of someone without being familiar with what was expected, likely just pig-headed arrogance (not much better).
